Excellent experience. We needed struts for our Volvo XC90 and Bigham Automotive searched around for the best struts for the best price out there- they did the research, and came up with exactly what we needed. When we picked up the car there were several small things that had needed to be fixed for a while that they took care of as well, on their own, at no extra charge. - Very thorough, high standard of excellence, and helped us with scheduling out some upcoming repairs so we can plan ahead. — and as a bonus, check out Buddy Holly’s fully restored 1958 Chevy Impala when you drop your car off!

Upon arrival I was greeted by the owner himself a professionalism now too familiar in this day. I am very satisfied with the results and would strongly recommend this business if u are looking for a good, fair and honest quote . Mr. Bigham is doing everything right! The service and knowledge that I received throughout the process of getting my car repaired was unmatched to any other shop in Lubbock. Had a great experience with Mr. Bigham and his car repair business. My car's starter motor had died. Mr. Bigham was upfront and clear about what I could be looking at. He only did what he needed to do (plus a lot of extras at no charge—he cleaned out the dirty inside of my front headlight housing, changed out a license plate light bulb so I wouldn’t be pulled over, did a super job of cleaning the inside and outside of the car). He explains a long list of things he always checks and doesn’t do anything until the customer approves it. He explained when other/future maintenance could be done so to keep the present bill at a minimum. I went on a recommendation of a friend of the wife and my impression is he’s a fair and honest businessman. And very skilled and professional. He’s old school in a good way—treat the customer right and they’ll come back. I highly recommend him for car repair and maintenance.
